何食わぬ顔 is literally “a face of not eating anything” which means an innocent or “I don’t know anything” look.
“Strategies just to meet the average…” this kind of vocabulary is used often in “dieting strategies”. This song is more than just about that, but I see it as an element reflective of the rest.
