The album art depicts the “werewolf” game.
The lyrics start off with a “playful” inversion of beast and human in a “werewolf game” setup, where Kagerou is being accused of being “human” by her fellow wolves and she is thus made to remember something she would rather forget.
Ironically, her last statement will probably be the most effective in finding out who the outsider is, if they really exist.
