My Soul, Your Beats!

I’m a fan of Tachibana Kanade. I have a feeling she and Otonashi Yuzuru will disappear together.

Maeda Jun. You are a genius, quite possibly.

I hope I have an opportunity in Japan to buy this CD or something or other else to help support this show.

Notes:
You may notice a superfluous amount of “realized”, but though I played with a few other words, this fit best for the entire song. I added a few “Then”s for “then I realized” to help indicate that it’s a sort of “something just clicked” realization.

My Soul, Your Beats!
唄:Lia
ANANT GARDE EYES

I open my eyes and wake again to the same sleepy morning;
I tighten my necktie and
As I open the classroom door, I puff out my chest a little and walk on through.
The wind that blows through these ordinary days,
I realized I’ve heard it.
I realized I’ve felt it.
Trembling now, in my heart
I realized it’s coming again.
I said goodbye to hundreds of millions of stars
All vanishing..
To them I waved,
“I’m happy for you.”

In a corner of the hall, I looked down in the middle of cleaning.
“That’s funny,” I thought.
Even though time has stopped inside of me,
Like it’s living completely different days,
This dust has piled up like snow – and then
I realized I’m waiting.
I realized I’m calling.
Trembling now,
I realized I’ve found it this time.
The story that my lost memories
Called awake.
An endless
Ending.

Before I knew it I was sprinting,
Led along by your hand.
Yesterday is far behind, Tomorrow is just ahead.
My heart danced at something so obvious.

Thenー
I realized I’ve heard it.
I realized I’ve felt it.
Trembling now, in my heart
I realized it’s coming again.
Crossing over thousands of mornings,
I realized a new sun is waiting,
I realized it’s calling.
Trembling from my soul,
I realized I’d found it.
I said goodbye to those disappearing days like hundreds of
Thousands of dreams.
To them I waved,
“Thank you.”
