^When I first clicked the link left in the request for this song, this picture showed up and my first reaction was OMG Sexy CHEN! – then I listened to the song and decided I wanted to translate it XD – it was really decided in the first few seconds with that PC-98 like opening.

I love uco’s voice in this song. The first time I heard the song the high notes got periously close to that grating level… but I don’t know why it makes it more – folksy? I don’t know, but her voice fits the original melody.
I’m not sure we’ll hear more of her because this Love Madness circle is a sort of spin off from their main-non-Touhou-related group Nigrante but….
The lyrics are a little bit more vague than my translation; though I figure my translation’s still pretty vague… In other words it’s packed a bit (think packed bits/bytes) with what I imagined when listening to the song and reading the lyrics. I hope you like it :)
Notes:
The parts that are sung in duet (some guy joins in) are not in the lyrics, so I had to go only on what I could hear and tried to fit the rest into what made sense to me grammatically.

吐く has an alternative pronunciation: tsuku. The vocalist used that version instead of ‘haku’.
So the corrected line would be:
uso tsuku watashi chikara naku kuzureru keshiki
Using a romanizer is so cheating.
I think she pronounced ‘堪え’ a little differently as well, but couldn’t find any alternative pronunciation for the kanji on the web, so I’ll assume it’s just her.
Romanization typo in this line:
淡い笑み迷い無く醒めた意識照らす
You forgot the ‘i’ in “淡い”. So it should be
“awai emi mayoi naku sameta ishiki terasu”
That should be about all.
As for learning kanji I’d recommend getting one of the kanji books/dictionaries that have all of the 常用漢字 (Jouyou Kanji).
I used both “Essential Kanji” and “Japanese Kanji and Kana” when I was learning.

But the truth is I would be tempted to if I didn’t hate how they usually space things and the fact that there are a lot of words like 永久 that 80% of the time is えいきゅう but 80% of the time in lyrics is とわ.
But really I (to save time) type out everything in a guess first and then go back and follow along to correct things that are wrong (there’s usually a place or two) – Usually I catch my typos during that second pass, but some slip through T^T (awa) and apparently I just completely missed that haku/tsuku thing.

Yeah for 堪え切れず she’s just using a more than usual slur with the ae – what do you call those things again? Diphthongs? I don’t remember.
Well, I’m still learning my Japanese from that really nifty grammar guide you put up, and learning to read Kanji’s gonna take a while more longer.
Still, I’m going to Japan soon for studies, so hopefully when I’m all done and dusted there I won’t need to refer to any romanizers.
